Introduction

This Checklist is made up of a series of simple questions designed to help providers reflect on key aspects of their PEP.

• It can be set out on a double-sided sheet of A4.
• Providers can answer yes or no to each question.
• Toolkit sub-sections are referenced next to each question signposting where to find information regarding that aspect.
• There is space on the checklist to note down some outline actions and record progress should this be helpful. (It is advised though, that any in-depth action planning from this checklist be embedded within existing organisational plans and strategies in order to ensure an integrated and sustained approach).
