Providers funded by the Learning and Skills Council in the South East, specifically those with Adult Learner Responsiveness (ALR) funding. However, as most of the issues addressed by the toolkit are fairly universal for any provider delivering PEP, the website has been extended for open use. There is further guidance for non-ALR funded providers and those operating outside the South East region in our FAQs section.
